The 2 movers were very friendly and they did not play around! They packed the truck with precision to make good usage of available space. Also, the movers went above and beyond to ensure the care of my furniture and moved quickly!! The movers kept the fast pace from beginning to end and did not complain once (despite me knowing they had to be hungry and tired). I definitely will be recommending them and using this company again in the future!!

I originally hired Ahlgren’s Transport to move my antique, baby grand piano from NC to out of state. I called multiple piano movers, but few would move out of state... read more and the others lacked the professionalism, knowledge and price point of Ahlgren’s Transport. I had already hired and paid for a different group to move my home contents but also received an estimate from Ahlgren’s Transport for a whole home move as well, which was well priced. I wish I had hired Ahlgren’s Transport for the whole move. Unfortunately, I did not. The movers I hired to load my home contents on the truck did a very poor job and left me with a lot left over that still needed to move. I called Ahlgren’s Transport for help. No problem. They were very easy to work with, got a bigger truck and loaded my piano and the rest of my home. Not only did they do a great job, they noted problems to my piano legs from a previous move by a different mover which not only made disassembly and assembly of the piano challenging but made the piano unstable and unsafe. Because of the problem, an additional mover was needed. This was no problem for Ahlgren’s Transport and they had another mover ready and willing to help! In addition, they were able to set up the piano safely despite the problem, ensured the piano was stable and safe and told me what to do and where to go to purchase appropriate hardware for the piano to ensure the leg problem doesn’t worsen. The crew that loaded and unloaded the truck were fast, friendly, polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Ahlgren’s Transport for piano and whole house moves. They are the best.
